  1. Dear Charlotte Comley

I have sent you a friend request on fb SCBWI group. I watched your YouTube videos about Arts Council grant application, where you have suggested to get someone (who knows about the AC grant application form) check through the application form.

I was wondering, when I have read the process of how to apply, etc, guidance pages, and draft for my application to apply for the literature grant for publishing my two books, if you would be able to read my application form or not. If you would like to, I would like to know, how much you would charge for reading the draft details. – My picture book story is about a little bilingual girl who has selective mutism anxiety disorder and the non-fiction book for adults has information and notes for parents and teachers about how to help children with SM, resources, etc. I will take quotations from self publishing companies. October is SM awareness month, so I have decided to request you.

I hope hope it is okay to write and enquire about this. If you need any other information, please let me know. Looks like you are in Portsmouth. Incidentally, I am going to a school in Portsmouth for intercultural work. I wish I wrote to you before and if it suited you to see me, I could have met you. Never mind, if you have time, I can talk to you or meet you, or just email you to save time. It just goes, do not know where.

I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you in advance. Take care.
